No Spam Calls Policy

Unlike traditional loan marketplaces, MyQuietQuote strictly prohibits lenders from making unsolicited telephone calls to borrowers. All lender communications must occur through:

• Email correspondence
• SMS text messages (with your consent)
• Secure messaging through our platform dashboard

If you receive an unsolicited phone call from a lender claiming to be from our network, please report it immediately to compliance@myquietquote.com

SMS/Text Message Communications

If you provide a mobile phone number and consent to SMS communications:

• Message frequency will vary based on your loan request activity
• Standard message and data rates may apply
• You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message
• For help, reply "HELP" to any message

Email Communications

By providing your email address, you consent to receive:

• Loan offers from verified lenders
• Account updates and notifications
• Service announcements
• Educational content related to mortgage lending (optional)

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email.

Revoking Consent
