When you submit a loan request through our platform, your information will be shared with verified lenders in our network. Lenders may contact you via email or SMS (based on your consent preferences). Any loan offers, terms, and conditions are between you and the lender directly.

5. No Spam Calls Guarantee

We are committed to protecting you from unwanted phone solicitations. Lenders in our network are contractually prohibited from making unsolicited phone calls. All communication will occur via email or SMS only, based on your consent preferences.

6. Fees

MyQuietQuote does not charge borrowers any fees for using our service. We are compensated by lenders when a successful loan is originated. Any fees associated with your loan will be disclosed by the lender directly.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will receive loan offers or that any offers will meet your needs. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of lenders in our network.

8. Limitation of Liability

MyQuietQuote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
