MyQuietQuote provides an online platform that connects consumers seeking mortgage quotes with participating lenders. By submitting a loan request or communicating through the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

MyQuietQuote is a digital marketplace that allows borrowers to request mortgage quotes from participating lenders. MyQuietQuote:

  • connects borrowers with verified lenders
  • facilitates communication between borrowers and lenders
  • provides messaging tools for borrower-lender interaction
MyQuietQuote is not a lender, broker, or financial institution. We do not make credit decisions, issue loans, or guarantee loan approval.
All loan terms, approvals, and agreements are solely between you and the lender.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate
  • use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform
You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

4. Loan Request Process

When you submit a loan quote request through MyQuietQuote, the information you provide may be shared with participating lenders in our network who may be able to provide loan offers. Lenders may review your request and respond with loan information, quote estimates, or requests for additional details. Any loan offers, rates, approvals, or agreements are provided by lenders directly and are not controlled or guaranteed by MyQuietQuote.

5. Communication and Messaging Consent

SMS, Email, and Platform Messaging
By submitting a request through MyQuietQuote, you agree that MyQuietQuote and participating lenders may contact you regarding your request using:

  • SMS text messages
  • email
  • in-platform messaging
These communications may include:
  • lender responses to your request
  • loan quote information
  • updates to your request status
  • questions related to your application
  • borrower-lender communication regarding loan options
Message frequency may vary depending on lender responses and borrower interaction. Standard message and data rates may apply.


SMS Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:
STOP
to any message you receive.
After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages related to your request unless you provide new consent.

HELP

6. Borrower Authorization for Direct Communication

Borrowers may choose to authorize direct communication with a lender. If you explicitly request or authorize a lender to contact you directly or share your contact information with a lender, future communications may occur outside of the MyQuietQuote platform. Once direct contact information is shared or direct communication is authorized:

  • communications may occur directly between you and the lender
  • such communications may be governed by the lender's own privacy and communication policies
  • MyQuietQuote may not control or monitor those communications
Borrowers should review the policies of any lender they choose to communicate with directly.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MyQuietQuote does not guarantee:

  • that you will receive loan offers
  • that lenders will respond to your request
  • that any loan terms offered will meet your expectations
MyQuietQuote is not responsible for the actions, decisions, or communications of participating lenders.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyQuietQuote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • use of the Service
  • lender interactions
  • loan decisions made by third-party lenders
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use of the platform.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if:

  • you violate these Terms
  • you misuse the platform
  • we detect suspicious or fraudulent activity
We may also discontinue or modify the Service at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

MyQuietQuote may update these Terms of Service periodically.
If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and post the revised Terms on this page.
Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
